Welcome to Motherswork Thailand. We exclusively distribute premium products from Cybex and Little Rei. This page explains delivery, collection, warranty, and return rules so orders can move smoothly and issues can be handled quickly.

Baby Fair and Social Commerce orders follow the daily 11:00 AM order cut-off.
Urgent same-day delivery must be confirmed by our team, above 15,000 THB, and arranged by 11:00 AM.
Claims must be raised within 7 days with proof, serial number, and product details.
Home Delivery
Free standard shipping across Thailand
Home delivery refers to the standard order creation and fulfillment process for purchases made through our available sales channels.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available nationwide with no minimum spend.
- No international shipping: We deliver within Thailand only.
- Central: Delivery is available only when the item is not in stock at the store. If the item is in stock and delivery is required, Central will fulfill it directly.
- Baby Fairs & Social Commerce: Includes Instagram, Facebook, LINE, and orders placed through this website.
Timelines & Logistics
How orders are processed
Warehouse operations run from Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched through a logistics partner based on order details, product size, stock availability, and location.
| Order cut-off | For Baby Fairs and Social Commerce, the daily cut-off time is 11:00 AM. Orders received from 11:00 AM the previous day until 11:00 AM today are processed for fulfillment within the same day. |

Standard delivery may be handled by DHL, Flash Express, or Thailand Post. Urgent Bangkok delivery may be handled by GrabExpress or Deliveree when confirmed by our team.





Same-Day Delivery
Bangkok only, urgent cases only
Same-day delivery is not automatic. It must be confirmed by our team through LINE OA before the order is arranged.
- Eligibility: Available only for urgent cases confirmed by our team, and only for orders above 15,000 THB.
- Channels: Applies only to Social Commerce channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LINE, and this website.
- Cut-off time: The same-day delivery cut-off time is 11:00 AM.
- How to arrange: Contact our team directly via LINE OA @959vqmqc to check stock availability and arrange delivery.
- Fees: Same-day delivery fees are calculated based on actual distance and will be borne by the customer.
Self-Collection
Collect only after confirmation
Please do not go to the warehouse until Customer Service explicitly confirms that your order is ready for pickup.
Self-collection at our fulfillment partner's warehouse is not generally recommended, but may be arranged in specific cases.
- Collection availability: Self-collection may be available on any day, subject to prior confirmation from our team and warehouse availability.
- Requirement: Customers must provide the order number to the warehouse in order to collect the item.
- Pickup location: Collection depends on where the stock is stored. We will confirm the correct location in our correspondence with you.

Assembly & Installation
Stroller and car seat setup
Because safety matters, we recommend professional setup for Cybex strollers and car seats.
You can find tutorials online via YouTube, or contact us so we can send the correct video tutorial.
If you require assembly or proper installation of Cybex strollers and car seats, please visit one of our physical store locations to be assisted by our trained staff.
Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty evaluation, replacement, and refund rules
We stand behind the engineering and quality of Cybex and Little Rei. Returns and replacements are accepted strictly under our established warranty conditions.
1. Warranty Coverage & Evaluation
- Verified manufacturing defects qualify for replacement.
- Motherswork Thailand reserves the final right to evaluate whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
- This warranty excludes improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.
2. No Local Repairs
- We do not operate a service or repair center in Thailand. Official spare parts must be shipped directly from Germany.
- For verified manufacturing defects, we will replace the full item for you.
- If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative variation, colorway, or full refund.
3. Return Eligibility
- The claim must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and safety accessories must remain intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Simple steps, clear evidence
Returns are accepted only after Customer Service opens the request for evaluation. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
To protect both customers and Motherswork Thailand, every return starts as a warranty evaluation. Please contact us first so we can record the case, confirm handover, and avoid unauthorized returns.
- Open the case: Contact LINE OA @959vqmqc with your Order ID, defect description, and clear photo or video proof.
- Prepare product details: Use the serial number guide for warranty registration and claims. Serial number and product details help us evaluate the issue.
- Wait for confirmation: Do not send or drop off any item until our team confirms that the request is open.
- Choose the handover method: We can arrange scheduled courier pickup from your address, or you may ship the item directly to our corporate head office.
- Final evaluation: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you within 3 business days regarding final eligibility for replacement or refund.
