This Website operates in Thailand for the purpose of selling mother and child products, including but not limited to products under the brands Cybex and Little Rei, for which the Company is the exclusive authorized distributor in Thailand, as well as other selected products sold on the “Motherswork Thailand” platform (the “Products”).
The use of the Company’s Website is subject to the condition that you agree to and accept these Terms of Use without modification. Your use of the Company’s Website constitutes a legal obligation according to the terms specified herein. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Website.

General Terms Access to and use of this Website and the services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms of Use”). By accessing this Website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use. We reserve the sole right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time for any reason. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

5. การลงทะเบียนบัญชี การลงทะเบียนบัญชีสมาชิก (หากมี) สงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับผู้ใช้งานหนึ่งท่านต่อหนึ่งบัญชี คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นจริงและเป็นปัจจุบัน (ชื่อ, ที่อยู่, อีเมล ฯลฯ) เพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดส่งสินค้าและการติดต่อประสานงาน

คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของรหัสผ่านบัญชีของคุณ หากบริษัทพบว่ามีการใช้งานบัญชีในทางที่ผิด หรือมีการแอบอ้างบุคคลอื่น บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

6. การยินยอมรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ในการลงทะเบียนหรือสั่งซื้อสินค้า คุณยินยอมให้บริษัท มาม่า ซี เมอร์แชนไดซิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด รวบรวม ใช้ และประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อ:

• ดำเนินการคำสั่งซื้อและจัดส่งสินค้า

• แจ้งสถานะการจัดส่งและการชำระเงิน

• นำเสนอสิทธิพิเศษ โปรโมชั่น และข่าวสารจาก Motherswork Thailand (คุณสามารถกดยกเลิกการรับข่าวสารการตลาดได้ตลอดเวลา)

• วิจัยและปรับปรุงการให้บริการของเว็บไซต์

7. เนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้น (User Generated Content - UGC) หากคุณทำการโพสต์ข้อความ รูปภาพ หรือรีวิวสินค้าลงบนเว็บไซต์ (เรียกว่า "UGC") คุณรับรองว่าเนื้อหาดังกล่าวไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น ไม่เป็นข้อความหมิ่นประมาท หรือผิดกฎหมาย คุณอนุญาตให้บริษัทมีสิทธิ์ในการใช้ ทำซ้ำ หรือเผยแพร่รีวิวนั้นๆ เพื่อการตลาดและการประชาสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ ข้อตกลงการใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บริการนี้ให้อยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจของศาลไทย
